IDEXX Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in a specific region, driving business growth, and fostering customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and execute regional business plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business results.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a biotechnology or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
