Planet Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team of District Managers and Club Managers in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of District Managers and Club Managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a multi-unit management role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
