Job Title: Regional Manager

Planet Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team of District Managers and Club Managers in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of District Managers and Club Managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a multi-unit management role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
