The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational risk management, enterprise resiliency, and governance. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing standardized resiliency controls, governance processes, and internal controls to ensure the sustainability of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Resiliency Controls: Create and maintain standardized resiliency controls aligned with our Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) policies.
- Establish Governance Processes: Develop and implement governance processes and internal ERO controls to ensure the effectiveness of our resiliency efforts.
- Socialize Controls: Communicate and socialize controls across different stakeholder groups, including business units, internal audit, and external partners.
- Coordinate Control Distribution: Ensure the timely distribution of standard controls to business units and other stakeholders.
- Lead Testing and Monitoring: Oversee the testing and monitoring of control effectiveness to ensure our resiliency efforts are meeting their objectives.
- Support Business Units: Collaborate with business units to adopt and implement standard resiliency controls.
- Drive Change Management: Lead effective change management efforts to ensure the successful implementation of new controls and processes.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Functions: Work closely with other enterprise functions to standardize control management and ensure consistency across the organization.
Requirements:
- Operational Risk Management Expertise: Proven experience in operational risk management processes and enterprise resiliency functions.
- Strong Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive change.
- Internal Audit Experience: Experience in internal audit examinations and control assessments.
- Business Analysis and Technical Experience: Strong business analysis and technical experience, preferably in a financial services or professional services organization.
- 7-10 Years of Work Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of work experience in a related field, with a strong background in operational risk management and enterprise resiliency.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
