Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-time Clerk to support our attorneys and legal assistants in various administrative functions related to Workers' Compensation law.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized files and records for easy access
  • Distribute mail, prepare envelopes, and utilize office equipment for tasks such as photocopying and word processing
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, or redirect calls to colleagues
  • Perform data entry, document processing, and sorting of legal documents

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with office devices and processes
  • A high level of attention to detail and integrity
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
