Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Federal Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our existing and potential customers in the U.S. Federal Government sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts
  • Participate in sales enablement initiatives to promote Figma's value proposition to existing and new customers
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices for customer-facing teams
Requirements
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a SaaS business, preferably in the Federal Civilian/DoD agencies sector
  • Proven track record of owning complex sales cycles within government agencies
  • Experience selling to technical audiences, including Engineering, Product, and Design teams
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a short list of named accounts
  • Experience in a sales methodology, such as Command of the Message and MEDDIC
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles
  • Experience selling collaboration tools
