About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled District Manager to join our team at Aramark Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our operations in a designated geographic district.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a strong background in operations management, business development, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
    • Lead and manage a team of operations managers and staff to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results.
  • Customer Focus
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow revenue and expand business relationships.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to drive business results.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience
    • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or facilities management industry.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions.
