About the Role

Palm Bay International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key ambassador for our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our sales and execution of our annual goals in an assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sales reps, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to ensure goal clarity and provide solutions to move sales forward.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including pricing strategies, promotions, and product launches.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including pricing, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
