Restaurant Operations Manager

At District Taco, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
- Operations and Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, ensuring that food is prepared and served safely and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient operations.
- Financial Management: Monitor labor costs, COGs, and budget data to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Disciplinary Action and Termination: Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and regional managers to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift 50lbs or more, and perform other physical demands of the job.
