Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring seamless execution of our brand standards and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our restaurant managers and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Business Growth: Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to our restaurant managers, empowering them to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Communication: Foster open and transparent communication across the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
