Job Title: New Business Manager

At US Foods, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to capture and penetrate new market share within our division's footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to identify and pursue high-potential new accounts
  • Collaborate with Category and Segment Specialists to create customized solutions for prospective accounts
  • Work with Customer Solutions Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, and Territory Manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new accounts
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and leverage industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
  • Attend sales meetings, food shows, and industry events to network with prospective accounts and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of opening accounts greater than $0.5m
  • Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present effectively to large groups
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
