As a key member of our front desk operations, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our front desk, bell, valet, and concierge services. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and enjoy the beauty of Mammoth Lakes, California.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including training, guest service, and employee relations.
- Act as manager on duty, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
- Four-year college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk and reservations operations.
- Minimum 6-12 months of supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of business software, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visual One.
- Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Free skiing at all Alterra Resorts.
- Ski passes for dependents.
