- Deliver pre-shift meetings to set the tone for events
- Conduct progressive discipline with team members to address performance issues
- Complete onboarding and orientation for new culinary team members
- Ensure all aspects of food ordering, delivery, prep, transportation, and service meet Levy's sanitation and safety standards
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
- Ensure calorific analysis is carried out on all menu items in line with FDA guidelines
- Partner with purchasing and operations teams to identify and prevent loss of product
- Partner with other departments and regional team on community outreach programs
- Manage support travel by team members for other locations
- Manage culinary department budget
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a culinary leadership position
- Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products
- Culinary degree preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the use of social media preferred
