**Overview**

The W Management Group LLC is seeking a Recreation Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position is $18-$20 per hour. We offer competitive benefits, paid time off, paid sick leave, and holidays off.

 

Job Responsibilities

This role involves organizing activities for our residents, developing and implementing services and activities, and coordinating with community agencies and resources. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our residents have a fulfilling and engaging experience.

 

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in the field of recreation, knowledge of one or more areas of recreation (art, music, dance, trivia, games, exercise, movies, literature, and poetry), and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work well in a team environment, follow instructions, speak clearly, lead activities in large and small groups, and visit residents one-on-one. Your ability to get residents involved and excited about programs is essential.
