Job Description
The Recreation Aide will be responsible for developing and implementing recreational programs tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This includes planning and coordinating activities that promote physical, social, and mental well-being, as well as maintaining accurate records of resident participation and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute engaging recreational programs for residents.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of resident participation and attendance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless activity coordination.
  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages residents to engage in personal development.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • COVID-19 vaccination status.
