Job Title: Manager - Relationship Management

At ALG Vacations, we're seeking a skilled Manager - Relationship Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate Contracts: Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, net rates, and promotions that benefit both parties.
  • Develop Supplier Relationships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ancillary partners, and tourism organizations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze destination performance, understand market demands, and create strategies to adapt to a dynamic marketplace.
  • Product Development: Work with Strategic Business Units to develop and cultivate relationships with suppliers, ensuring access to competitive products and pricing.
  • Business Growth: Analyze product to ensure competitive product mix, and ensure all products offered meet ALGV standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, and two or more years of related experience and/or training.
  • Skills: Knowledge of business and management principles, personable interaction, and ability to create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and team colleagues.
  • Travel: Ability to travel by air, car, and train for approximately 20% of your work schedule, including international travel, corporate headquarters, and trade shows.
