Job Title: Commercial Relationship Manager

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
  • Work closely with internal partners to deepen existing relationships and acquire new prospective relationships.
  • Attend industry forums, conferences, and meetings to broaden relationship networks and deepen knowledge of trends, practices, services, and the competitive landscape.
  • Work with product partners to analyze, evaluate, and develop tailored relationship strategies for each client or prospect.
  • Ensure customer relationships are managed to maximize the opportunity for the bank, while taking into account Bank risk and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, at least 5 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
  • Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers to provide strategic and capital market advice.
  • Strong business acumen, to include detailed analysis, review of financial statements, and understanding of accounting principles.
