Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Card Relationship Manager to join our team at Truist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing Commercial Card relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned regions' Commercial Card production and profitability by partnering with Treasury Card Sales Officers and Regional Banking teams.
  • Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of supported credit card products, market opportunities, and competitive environment.
  • Participate in the full Commercial Card sales cycle to attain a successful client experience within assigned spend segment.
  • Monitor and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and provide regular touch points.
  • Engage with partners through various channels, including training, regional presentations, and consistent touch points.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a business discipline or equivalent education and related training.
  • 3 years of Commercial Card industry experience, preferably in sales or account management.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional projects and think strategically.
  • Ability to work under competing pressures, handle complex and multiple projects/clients, and maintain adherence to deadlines and servicing levels.
  • Ability to work independently and develop customized solutions for internal and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry certifications relating to Commercial Card Solutions.
  • Masters degree in Business.
  • 3 years of experience working in the Banking Industry.
