Job Overview:

We are in search of a driven and skilled Commercial Painting Cost Analyst to become a part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in commercial paint cost analysis, along with exceptional capabilities in business development and relationship management. This position necessitates local travel, participation in industry events, and the aptitude to effectively market our services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and precise cost analyses for commercial painting projects.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects within the commercial painting sector.
  • Participate in industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking opportunities to showcase our services and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and bids to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather essential information for cost analyses.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
  • Ensure all cost analyses and proposals are completed punctually and adhere to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on all leads and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial paint cost analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally and attend industry events as necessary.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
