Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and office support to our Corporate department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general clerical duties, maintaining files and records, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate department, including general clerical duties, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Screen telephone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate office.
  • Arrange meetings and conferences, create and distribute meeting agendas, and make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Dependable and reliable, with a professional and polished image.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a normal office environment with a moderate noise level. The employee will be required to sit for extended periods, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee may be required to stand and walk, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
