Job Title: Administrative Assistant to RVP

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Vice President in Carmel, IN.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the RVP, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and databases
  • Prepare and compile reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the RVP
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to create charts, graphs, and other visual aids
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
