Key Responsibilities:
  • Input payroll and payment information into QuickBooks.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable entries in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Monitor and update sales records.
  • Generate and dispatch invoices to clients.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all invoices through thorough review.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business or Accounting.
  • A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
  • 1-2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus and minimal distractions.
