Construction Operations Specialist

Eagle Rock Properties, a leading full-service real estate firm, is seeking a skilled Construction Operations Analyst to join its growing organization. As a key member of the construction management and asset management team, you will play a crucial role in standardizing and streamlining construction processes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic multifamily portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and operations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient deployment of construction and renovation projects
- Manage project-related documentation, develop scope and schedule of projects, and negotiate contracts
- Ensure adherence to vendor agreements and review project budgets, vendor proposals, change orders, and invoices
- Support on-site project managers in driving the delivery of construction-related projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or Accounting
- (5+) years of experience in construction project management or a related field
- Strong organization, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Location:
Plainview, NY, with occasional travel throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions
