Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exemplary customer experiences in every transaction and interaction.
  • Accurately and efficiently process a range of customer transactions in compliance with banking policies and regulations, including cashing checks, handling deposits and withdrawals, managing loan payments, cash advances, transfers, and issuing monetary instruments.
  • Actively seek opportunities to cultivate and enhance customer relationships through outreach programs and other prospecting strategies.
  • Consistently meet personal and branch sales objectives by identifying, promoting, and cross-selling banking products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Engage in proactive marketing efforts to attract new customers within the designated market area.
  • Perform various duties across multiple banking functions, including account services, maintaining branch cleanliness and organization, and pursuing professional development.
  • Adhere to branch security protocols and safeguard customer confidentiality and privacy.
  • Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and all banking policies.
  • Execute additional job-related tasks or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong general computer and basic mathematical skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible or extended hours to meet business demands; demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure and a positive demeanor while interacting with customers and team members.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality, follow directives, and apply appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills and a sales mindset.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales, customer service, cash handling, or within a financial services environment; or completion of college coursework.
  • Military experience is valued; veterans are encouraged to apply; bilingual candidates are a plus.
