Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team at Equity Bank. As a Loan Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing loan documentation in accordance with lending policies and procedures. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate issues and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience using Microsoft Office products, strong interpersonal and written skills, and the ability to work in a professional environment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing loan documentation in accordance with lending policies and procedures
  2. Reviewing and interpreting Corporate Documentation and Trust Documentation
  3. Reviewing and interpreting Attorney Prepared loan documentation
  4. Preparing Commercial and Agricultural loan documents, including Corporate Resolutions, Security Agreements, Guaranties, Participation Agreements, and Loan Agreements
  5. Reviewing supporting loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  6. Reviewing lien perfection on all types of collateral, including real estate, titles, equipment, and UCCs


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of college or equivalent experience, 3 years of loan documentation experience or contract preparation experience, and Laser Pro or equivalent documentation software experience. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent interpersonal and written skills, and the ability to work in a professional environment.
