Account Executive

Jobot is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our IT Infrastructure services.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively cover assigned accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and set sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Promote our range of IT Infrastructure products and services to assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meetings.
- Identify areas for improving customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate these issues and possible solutions to upper management.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and act as the point of contact for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, data solutions, security products, lead generation, direct sales, solution selling, and sales strategy.
- Proven track record in sales environment and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, selling skills, and ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Up-to-date with latest industry trends and best sales techniques.
