Job Title: Account Executive - IT Infrastructure

Jobot is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our IT Infrastructure services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively cover assigned accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and set sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Promote our range of IT Infrastructure products and services to assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meetings.
  • Identify areas for improving customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate these issues and possible solutions to upper management.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and act as the point of contact for clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, data solutions, security products, lead generation, direct sales, solution selling, and sales strategy.
  • Proven track record in sales environment and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, selling skills, and ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Up-to-date with latest industry trends and best sales techniques.
