Compensation:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing daily HR administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and currency of employee records
  • Implementing and managing company policies
  • Developing training resources in collaboration with the learning and development team
  • Handling financial transactions and incoming payments in accordance with established policies
  • Executing daily financial operations, including verification, classification, and recording of accounts payable
  • Maintaining and updating bookkeeping records and spreadsheets as necessary
  • Engaging with clients to facilitate payment requests and establish payment arrangements

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Background in Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Familiarity with policy implementation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
