The Ideal Candidate
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in construction oversight, particularly in heavy industrial and wastewater projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
  • Regulatory Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant safety and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and team management skills, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven capability to identify and resolve complex construction challenges efficiently.
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring quality and precision in all aspects of the project.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification, or equivalent.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of heavy industrial and wastewater project standards, practices, and technologies.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven success in managing large-scale heavy industrial and wastewater projects from initiation to completion.
