Sales Leads Inventory Coordinator

Globe Life Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Leads Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of lead inventory, ensuring the success of our campaigns, and collaborating with internal departments and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize purchase orders for all campaigns.
  • Submit lead orders and participation updates to vendors.
  • Monitor and adjust lead volume, lead quality, and lead cost to maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Reconcile leads inventory and expense recovery dollars.
  • Maintain and monitor reporting on lead errors/rejects and notify vendors as necessary.
  • Prepare and reconcile internal invoices and distribute to the Sales Divisions.
  • Contact vendors to resolve non-compliant websites and ensure lead quality and compliance.
  • Process Do Not Contact (DNC) requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining new reporting as needed.
  • Serve as a backup for the Financial Data Analyst.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Relevant work experience a plus, but willing to consider entry-level candidates.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly and effectively to change.
  • Adept at solving problems.
  • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as an effective team member.
