Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics operations. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, including order placement, follow-up, and price verification.
  • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring proper stock optimization and demand planning.
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including material demands and procurement planning.
  • Communicate with customers and sales personnel regarding product availability, delivery dates, and order status.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in administration, operations, or logistics.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems and products.
