Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the South Carolina region. You will work closely with our sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base in the South Carolina region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team members, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
