Executive Kitchen Manager

The Water Grill San Diego is seeking an experienced Back of House Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing the daily receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products.

About the RoleAs a Back of House Supervisor at the Water Grill San Diego, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food products meet company recipe specifications for preparation and quality.
- Oversee the daily receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products.
- Record all waste (food product) on tracking sheets.
- Nightly protein count and assist in counting weekly inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including checking food temperatures, sanitation levels, and proper storage.
To be successful as a Back of House Supervisor, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a kitchen/cook role.
- Ability to communicate in a satisfactory manner, both verbal and written English.
- Basic mathematical calculations skills.
- Knowledge of menu items, prices, and quality standards.
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
