Job Title: Trade Skills Recruitment Trainer

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Trade Skills Recruitment Trainer to help develop our workforce by training new employees in the art of recruiting skilled tradespeople.

Job Description:

As a Trade Skills Recruitment Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new employees focused on recruiting skilled labor. You will equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates in various trade sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Training Materials: Create engaging and informative training resources, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules that cover recruitment strategies specific to skilled trades.

Conduct Training Sessions: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate new employees on recruitment techniques, industry standards, and best practices.

Assess Learning Outcomes: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure trainees meet recruitment goals.

Provide Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support and mentorship to new recruiters, answering questions and providing guidance as they begin their roles.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Research and stay informed about trends in skilled labor recruitment, including changes in labor laws, industry demands, and emerging recruitment technologies.

Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with management to align training programs with company goals and recruitment needs, adjusting content as necessary.

Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Encourage a culture of learning and development, motivating trainees to excel in their recruitment roles.

Qualifications:

Experience in Recruitment: Proven experience in recruiting, especially in skilled trades or related fields.

Training Experience: Previous experience in training recruiters is a plus.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Knowledge of Trade Industries: Familiarity with various trade sectors, including construction, manufacturing, plumbing, electrical, and more.

Adaptability: Ability to adjust training methods based on the needs of the audience and changes in the industry.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.

Passion for Development: A genuine interest in helping others grow professionally and succeed in their roles.
