About the role: At Google, our initiatives, much like our users, span the globe, necessitating managers who can maintain a comprehensive perspective while addressing the specific engineering challenges we encounter daily.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead intricate, multidisciplinary engineering projects leveraging your technical acumen. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and guide projects through their entire lifecycle. This encompasses managing timelines, identifying potential risks, and effectively communicating these to all relevant parties.

You will be equally adept at presenting your team's analyses and recommendations to senior leadership as you are at discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineering teams.

Utilizing your technical and leadership skills, you will oversee Engineering-centric projects that are clearly defined and managed under guidance.
At the heart of everything our users experience online is the architecture crafted by the Technical Infrastructure team to ensure seamless operation.

From the development and maintenance of our data centers to the construction of next-generation Google platforms, we enable the realization of Google's product offerings.

We take pride in being the engineers' engineers, often dismantling systems to enhance and rebuild them.

Our commitment is to maintain our networks, ensuring users enjoy the best and fastest possible experience.
The compensation range for this full-time position is competitive and includes a base salary, bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
