About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager - IA to join our team at Rittal LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in North America by identifying new customer opportunities and building relationships for revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial sales principles and be able to effectively communicate Rittal's product line to potential and current customers. You will work closely with our marketing, inside sales, and key account management teams to coordinate interrelated projects and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in North America.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and build relationships for revenue growth.
  • Communicate Rittal's product line to potential and current customers.
  • Work closely with marketing, inside sales, and key account management teams to coordinate interrelated projects.
  • Monitor competitive publications and gather current marketplace information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and make recommendations to management.
