Job Description
The HR and Administrative Specialist - Accounts Payable will provide administrative support to the practice manager and other staff members, focusing on human resources and accounting functions. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable, performing payroll duties, coordinating HR activities, and assisting with special projects.

Key Tasks
  • Process invoices, track payments, and reconcile statements
  • Prepare paychecks, calculate benefits, and maintain employee records
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, conduct performance reviews, and maintain employee files
  • Meet with vendors, schedule appointments, and deliver supplies to different locations as needed
  • Responsible to make sure landscaping is done on a routine schedule

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and accounting administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Estimated salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
