Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc. as an Entry Door Specialist.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating new customers and fostering long-term relationships in the commercial entry door market. This includes calling on commercial and industrial accounts, meeting with decision makers, and presenting our commercial entry door product lines to engineer a door solution for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals to customers
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) daily
  • Meet with customers to discuss their door needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on commercial accounts selling new construction and retrofit projects
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's degree, highly preferred
  • Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
