Job Overview:

The Commercial Account Manager in HVAC will be responsible for driving business growth and creating long-term customer relationships to expand the service sales aspect of the company. We are seeking a driven individual who is a self-starter and a team player. You will be provided with the necessary tools to succeed and will have the opportunity to learn and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities
  • Scheduling meetings with potential new customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions
  • Quoting new construction HVAC projects and managing personal relationships with key account contacts to create long-term partnerships
  • Scheduling maintenance, service, and installation jobs with the dispatch and technician team
  • Creating sales and contact reports for sales meetings and meeting/exceeding goals established by the sales manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school education; college education preferred
  • 2+ years of account manager business-to-business sales experience; HVAC sales a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, responsible, coachable, and team-oriented
