Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, and Develop Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service and quality.
  • Manage Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage services, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Manage Budget and Finances: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the food and beverage operations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and human resources, to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Food and Beverage Experience: Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in a food and beverage management role.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to manage budgets, finances, and operations.
