Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience in food service is required.
  • High School Diploma/GED; College Degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive supervisory experience in a hotel food and beverage environment.

Working Conditions: This position involves leading and directing daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, and kitchen outlets. The role requires frequent interaction with guests and staff, necessitating strong communication and problem-solving skills. A significant portion of the workday is spent on-site, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
