About the Role:

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled Healthcare Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales or management experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a related field
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route-based positions
  • Prior focus in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
