Job Overview

A luxury timeshare client of Insight Global is seeking 6 Hybrid Sales Professionals in a dynamic and collaborative workspace. You'll source and qualify leads through inbound, follow-up, and outbound cold calling, engaging potential buyers with a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and power dialer (Dialpad).
  • Implement strategic outbound calling, making over 80 cold calls per day.
  • Cultivate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up.
  • Schedule meetings with Sales Executives and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in business development with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
