Business Development Representative

Ameritas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing cases, and providing knowledge of our Disability Income Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Research customer needs and develop informed solutions to build customer loyalty
- Field customer inquiries and utilize empathy and patience to resolve issues
- Communicate with producers and customers to support various cases
- Meet or exceed service standards for accuracy, turnaround time, and quality of work product and service
- Responsible for account reconciliation and correspondence with internal departments as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product and case education, and identify and resolve system/processing related issues
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of related experience required
- Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Disability Income Insurance a plus
