Account Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Kitchens.Inspired. team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Big Sandy Superstore and assigned builder clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with outside sales leads to generate new business opportunities with builder clients
- Coordinate showroom experiences with end-users to provide exceptional customer service
- Attend internal and external training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies
- Provide timely project data to all builders and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to efficiently deliver and install products
- Represent Big Sandy Superstore at external events, such as the Parade of Homes and Grand Opening events
- Coordinate internal and external events with the Outside Sales Lead
- Maintain showroom presentation standards and update the design sales process using a CRM database
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least one year of appliance sales experience
- Strong understanding of the company's operations and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
