Job Summary

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and building relationships with distributors, educating and motivating distributor representatives to gain new distribution, and building volume in existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented, revenue-focused individual who can quickly establish relationships for a growth-oriented sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train distributor sales representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions.
  • Sell at retail outlets aligned against quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and cold/ambient equipment placements.
  • Complete comprehension and utilization of all Monster Energy Company tools (CRM) and capabilities to maximize productivity and results in their assigned market.
  • Participate in business unit crew drives, market audits, company meetings and events, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings.
Requirements
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration or related field of study.
  • Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or Consumer packaged goods (CPG) field.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Computer operating skills in and outside of an office environment to include handheld devices.
