Job Title: Demand Generation ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Workato. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand-generation strategies to drive customer adoption and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand-generation strategies to drive customer expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on goals, target audiences, and campaign strategies
  • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, content marketing, paid advertising, and social media
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within the existing customer base and create marketing programs to expand product usage and adoption
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted content that supports line of business sales plays
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with experience in integrated campaigns, field programs, and demand generation
  • Proven experience in customer marketing or growth marketing, preferably in the software or SaaS industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
