About the Role

AWS Enterprise Support is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our enterprise customers, helping them to achieve the greatest value from AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our enterprise customers, helping them to plan and build solutions using best practices.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business and technical needs, and provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, and 2+ years of equivalent work experience or 4+ years of related work experience.
  • 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to properly apply them to existing or new customer architecture, implementations, and/or solutions.
