About the Role

Veeva Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of industry cloud solutions for the life sciences industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Software Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C-suite at Life Sciences companies.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and actively add new logos to the portfolio.
  • Utilize a value-based selling approach to sell the Veeva Vault Development Cloud across the enterprise, with a focus on being a trusted partner to customers.
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets in 8-12 accounts.
  • Manage multiple complex sales cycles, leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Deliver analytics and benchmarking around account progress, maturity, and value.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of recent experience in quota-carrying account management.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in technology consulting, key account management or strategic CSM, MedDevice, CRO, or SaaS (focusing on Life Sciences or Hospitals).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas (CARR or P&L Target).
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills with VP or C-Level.
  • Based in Territory.

Compensation
  • Base pay: $80,000 - $300,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
