We are in search of a meticulous nail specialist who can deliver top-notch manicures, pedicures, and nail care treatments. The responsibilities of the nail specialist include welcoming clients, managing inventory for nail supplies, and addressing any inquiries related to nail services. Building and nurturing client relationships is essential to encourage repeat visits.

To excel in this role, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation is crucial. An exceptional nail specialist should stay updated on the latest products, trends, and techniques to ensure client satisfaction.

Nail Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional manicures and pedicures, which involve removing old polish, cleaning and shaping nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish according to client preferences.
  • Applying artificial nails as requested.
  • Advising clients on various nail designs and artistic options.
  • Assessing the condition of clients' nails and recommending appropriate care and treatments.
  • Sanitizing all tools and equipment prior to each use.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
  • Ensuring adequate stock of nail and massage supplies.
  • Providing quality hand and foot massages.
Nail Specialist Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid state manicurist/cosmetologist license.
  • Demonstrated experience as a nail specialist.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.
  • Ability to focus for extended periods.
  • Detail-oriented and patient demeanor.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
