Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative for Waltham Pest Services, you will deliver outstanding customer support to both clients and team members. You will take pride in addressing customer inquiries and concerns while proactively ensuring timely follow-ups with existing customers, prospects, and referrals. You will handle service and sales inquiries, clearly conveying this information to field technicians and sales representatives. Additionally, you will maintain precise customer records and assist in scheduling service routes and coordinating appointments. Our Customer Service Representatives also support accounts receivable in collection efforts.

Requirements:

Candidates must be able to pass a drug screening. Physical job requirements must be met, and candidates should be able to perform the necessary job duties with or without accommodations.
