About the Role

Thrive ABA Therapy Services is seeking a passionate and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising behavior technicians and developing positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
  • Treatment planning and analyzing the effectiveness of individualized clinical programs
  • Parent training and developing positive relationships with parents
  • Assessing client progress over time
